Ho Chi Minh City, July 31 -- The eighth Vietnam-Laos-Cambodia Children's Festival concluded in Ho Chi Minh City on July 30 after three days of cultural exchanges, educational activities and experience sharing aimed at strengthening the traditional friendship among the three neighbouring countries. Speaking at the closing ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and Chairwoman of the municipal Children's Council Trinh Thi Hien Tran said the festival had given children from Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia many memorable experiences while helping them make new friends and learn more about the history, culture and people of each country.
