Hanoi, June 14 -- Prime Minister Le Minh Hung's upcoming participation in the ASEAN - Russia Commemorative Summit marking the 35th anniversary of dialogue relations is expected to reaffirm Vietnam's role as a bridge between the two sides while helping generate new momentum for cooperation between ASEAN and Russia, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Dang Hoang Giang.
