Hanoi, Oct. 27 -- The establishment of the Vietnam-Poland Strategic Partnership will open a new chapter of cooperation based on traditional friendship and political trust nurtured by generations of leaders and people of both countries, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ngo Le Van.
