Vietnam makes active contributions at Moscow First International Security Forum
Moscow, May 28 -- The 14th meeting of high representatives for security issues was held on May 28 as part of the First International Security Forum in Moscow, Russia, with Vietnam contributing a number of practical proposals on global security challenges. The Vietnamese delegation was led by Politburo member and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang, who attended and addressed the conference. Quang highly valued the forum's discussion topics, particularly the issue of challenges to global security in an emerging multipolar world, describing it as timely and highly relevant amid today's increasingly unstable international environment.
