Moscow, May 28 -- The 14th meeting of high representatives for security issues was held on May 28 as part of the First International Security Forum in Moscow, Russia, with Vietnam contributing a number of practical proposals on global security challenges. The Vietnamese delegation was led by Politburo member and Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang, who attended and addressed the conference.
