Hanoi, April 20 -- The 9th Vietnam cultural festival in Osaka that featured a re-enactment of the Hung Kings commemoration ceremony attracted tens of thousands of participants, including members of the Vietnamese community living, studying, and working in Japan, alongside local residents and international visitors.
