Geneva, April 1 -- Vietnam has reaffirmed its active and responsible role at the 61st regular session of the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), which concluded in Geneva on March 31 after six weeks of meetings amid increasingly complex global developments. Starting from February 23, the session took place against a backdrop of prolonged conflicts and instability in many regions worldwide.
