Buenos Aires, Oct. 28 -- Vietnam and Uruguay are looking to further boost their friendship and cooperation across multiple areas, especially in Party and parliamentary exchanges, according to discussions between Vietnamese Ambassador to Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay Ngo Minh Nguyet and a delegation from Uruguay's Movement of Popular Participation (MPP) in Buenos Aires on October 27.
The Uruguayan delegation was led by MP Victor Aldaya, a representative of the MPP - one of the key parties in the ruling Broad Front (FA) coalition of Uruguay.
