Auckland, Aug. 13 -- Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung and his New Zealand counterpart Winston Peters co-chaired the fourth Vietnam-New Zealand Foreign Ministers' Meeting (FMM-4) in Auckland on August 13.
