Vientiane, Aug. 5 -- General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission's Standing Board, and Chairman of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) paid a courtesy call on Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence General Khamliang Outhakaysone in Vientiane on August 5, as part of his official visit to Laos.
