Ho Chi Minh City, Oct. 2 -- Vietnam's Ministry of National Defence and the National Council of the Solidarity Front for the Development of Cambodia Motherland (SFDCM) held their ninth meeting in Ho Chi Minh City on October 2 to review projects to build, repair and renovate Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Monuments in Cambodia.
