Hanoi, July 28 -- Politburo member, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung held talks with Secretary General of Burundi's National Council for the Defence of Democracy-Forces for the Defence of Democracy (CNDD-FDD) Reverien Ndikuriyo in Hanoi on July 28. Ndikuriyo is leading a high-ranking CNDD-FDD delegation on an official visit to Vietnam from July 27 to 31.
