Hanoi, Oct. 28 -- Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung held talks with visiting Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov in Hanoi on October 28, with both sides pledging to deepen their strategic partnership and expand cooperation across multiple fields.

Welcoming Ryzhenkov and the Belarusian delegation, Trung affirmed that Vietnam attaches importance to its traditional friendship and strategic partnership with Belarus.
