Hanoi, April 2 -- Toyota Motor Vietnam (TMV) reported 8,143 vehicles sold in March 2026, marking a twofold increase from the previous month, driven largely by strong momentum in hybrid models, the company announced on April 2.

Including Lexus, the joint venture's total sales across the Vietnamese market reached 8,293 units during the month, TMV said.

Of the total, domestically assembled completely-knocked-down (CKD) vehicles numbered 1,800 units while completely built-up (CBU) imports dominated with 6,343 units, signalling a clear rebound in the auto market after a period of subdued demand.
