Nghe An, Feb. 28 -- National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man, who also serves as Chairman of the National Election Council, has urged Nghe An to ensure voter lists are compiled "accurately, fully, properly and on schedule", given the central province's large size and diverse conditions.

While leading a working delegation to inspect local preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th NA and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term on February 28, the top legislator noted that Nghe An is the fourth largest locality nationwide by area, featuring mountainous, midland, delta and coastal regions.
