Thanh Hoa, Oct. 16 -- The 20th Congress of the Party Organisation of Thanh Hoa province concluded on October 16 after three days of intensive deliberations, charting course to propel the central locality into the country's leading provinces by 2030. The congress, which brought together 486 official delegates representing more than 240,000 members of the Party Orgasisation, adopted a resolution for the 2025-2030 term, along with an action programme to implement its resolution.
