Hanoi, Feb. 22 -- Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pham Thu Hang on February 22 clarified Vietnam's reaction to the European Union (EU)'s addition of the country to the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. The EU's decision on February 17, 2026 followed an Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) peer review on the exchange of information on tax rulings for the 2021-2023 period.
