Pham The Tung and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu co-chaired a high-level debate within the Signing Ceremony and the High-Level Conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (also known as Hanoi Convention), at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi on October 26.
