Nghe An, July 15 -- Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu on July 15 visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick veteran soldiers who are cared for at Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Centre in the central province of Nghe An, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the Vietnam's War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27). Established on August 1, 2025 through the merger of two rehabilitation facilities which had operated for over five decades, the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Centre is responsible for providing long-term care, medical treatment, rehabilitation and policy support for severely disabled war invalids and sick soldiers with a loss of working capacity of 81% or more.
