Phnom Penh, April 10 -- Politburo member and Permanent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu met with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet in Phnom Penh on April 10, within the framework of his official visit to Cambodia.
