Resolution raises expectations for greater OV contributions
New York, Aug. 28 -- The Politburo's Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW on overseas Vietnamese (OV) affairs has been warmly welcomed by Vietnamese people abroad, who consider it as a positive shift in policy direction sparking hopes that their skills, knowledge, and global connections will be further tapped to support the homeland's development in the new era.
