Hanoi, Jan. 14 -- Vietnam has identified green transition in the digital era as a top priority, an objective necessity and a strategic choice, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed on January 14 while addressing the sixth meeting of the National Steering Committee for the implementation of Vietnam's commitments at the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26).
