Kuala Lumpur, Oct. 28 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh joined other ASEAN leaders and Chinese Premier Li Qiang at the 28th ASEAN - China Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 28, as part of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits.
Before the summit, the leaders witnessed the signing of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) 3.0 Upgrade Protocol.
