HCM City, Aug. 1 -- The Pasteur Institute in Ho Chi Minh City and Nagasaki University of Japan, both leading facilities in tropical medicine and infectious diseases in their respective countries, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in key areas such as epidemiological surveillance capacity building, vaccine development, and response to both existing and emerging diseases. Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Vu Trung, Director of the Pasteur Institute, said that under the MoU, the two sides committed to promoting diverse and practical collaborative activities.
