Hanoi, Oct. 13 -- A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by Hoang Phuc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, paid a working visit to Peru from October 9-12 to strengthen ties between the CPV and Peruvian political parties and socio-political organisations, thereby promoting friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
