Berlin, March 23 -- Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung has called for stronger contributions from overseas Vietnamese intellectuals, highlighting their high qualifications, international training and enduring attachment to their homeland as a unique advantage for national development.

He made the call at a working session on March 22 with staff of the Vietnamese Embassy, members of the Vietnam-Germany Innovation Network (VGI), and Vietnamese experts, intellectuals and entrepreneurs in Germany and across Europe, during his working visit to the country.
