Hanoi, March 3 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has stressed that wrongdoings by any individual or organisation must not be allowed to affect the country's overall efforts to have the European Commission's "yellow card" warning lifted.
He made the statement while chairing the 32nd meeting of the National Steering Committee on Combating Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing on March 3. The event, held both in person and online with 22 coastal provinces and cities, reviewed progress in implementing the EC's recommendations and preparing for its fifth inspection mission.
