Nghe An, Aug. 13 -- The Ministry of Public Security in collaboration with the central province of Nghe An launched an intensive 40-day construction campaign on August 12 to rebuild communities shattered by last month's Typhoon Wipha, aiming to restore homes and schools in time for the upcoming academic year. The project will construct 500 houses for displaced residents in the mountainous communes of western Nghe An, rebuild My Ly 2 Ethnic Semi-Boarding Primary School, which was destroyed by the recent floods, as well as restoring the My Ly commune Health Station.
