Ca Mau, March 9 -- Vice Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Tran Quang Phuong has urged the southernmost province of Ca Mau to continue properly implementing central authorities' directives and resolutions regarding the upcoming elections while ensuring security, social order, and full voter participation.
