Hanoi, March 14 -- The upcoming election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly (NA) and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 tenure is expected to play an important role in maintaining Vietnam's impressive socio-economic development achievements while shaping new drivers of growth for the next development stage, according to UNDP Resident Representative in Vietnam Ramla Khalidi.
