Ho Chi Minh City, July 13 -- Vietnamese authorities, in coordination with Indian diplomatic missions, on July 13 completed procedures to repatriate the bodies of 15 Indian tourists who died in the speedboat capsize off Phu Quoc Island in the southern province of An Giang two days ago.
