Quang Ninh, Aug. 22 -- The northern province of Quang Ninh is intensifying its efforts to establish itself as a premier destination for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism as it welcomes major international business delegations in the final months of 2025. On August 21, the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a welcome ceremony at Ha Long International Cruise Port for a group of 600 visitors travelling under the MICE model.
