Hanoi, Feb. 23 -- State President Luong Cuong on February 23 sent a message of congratulations to Ethiopian President Taye Atske Selassie on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the two countries' diplomatic relations (February 23, 1976 - 2026). Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also extended congratulations to his Ethiopian counterpart Abiy Ahmed Ali.
