Hanoi, March 14 -- Vietnamese officials and businesses have explored measures to strengthen economic and trade ties with Indonesia and promote the Vietnam-Indonesia comprehensive strategic partnership, focusing on supporting Vietnamese companies to expand investment and operations in Indonesia.

The issues were discussed at meeting chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Manh Cuong on March 13 in Hanoi

The event saw the participation of the Vietnamese Ambassador to Indonesia, and representatives from Vietnamese enterprises investing in the Indonesian market such as Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Vingroup, TH True Milk, FPT Corporation, Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa JSC, among others.
