Hanoi, July 3 -- The National Steering Committee for Civil Defence on July 3 issued an urgent official dispatch urging northern localities, ministries and agencies to take proactive response to tropical storm Maysak, the first of its kind to enter the East Sea this year, and subsequent floods, as it is forecast to bring heavy rain and widespread impacts across the northern region.
