Hanoi, Sept. 25 -- The Vietnam Association for Promoting Education (VAPE) will undertake sweeping reforms in its mindset, awareness, organisational structure and operational methods during the 2026-2031 tenure, with learning models developed on digital platforms and oriented towards digitalisation and green transformation.
