Vientiane, Jan. 8 -- Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone has highlighted six major goals and 26 focal work plans for 2026-2030 while presenting the country's 10th five-year socio-economic development plan at the 12th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP).
