Khanh Hoa, Oct. 15 -- Khanh Hoa province is stepping up preparations for Vietnam's APEC Year 2027, focusing on infrastructure, investment and trade promotion, tourism, communications, security and services for international delegates. The central province will host the first APEC Senior Officials' Meeting (SOM 1) and the APEC Finance and Central Bank Deputies' Meeting (FCBDM). Nguyen Viet Hung, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa People's Committee, has asked relevant agencies, localities and units to coordinate with the APEC 2027 National Secretariat and sub-committees of the National Committee for APEC 2027 to ensure the successful organisation of activities and events during the year.
