Jakarta, July 15 -- Indonesia is stepping up strategic defence cooperation with Finland in cybersecurity, data protection and advanced defence technologies in a move seen by observers as strengthening the country's digital resilience against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. The initiative was discussed during a meeting between Indonesian Defence Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin and Finnish Ambassador to Indonesia Pekka Kaihilahti at the ministry's headquarters in Central Jakarta on July 14.
