Rome, June 18 -- Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Nguyen Phuong Anh has presented her credentials to President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) Alvaro Lario, officially assuming her role as Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the organisation.
