Lang Son, Oct. 15 -- Hoang Quoc Khanh, former Secretary of the Son La provincial Party Committee, has been appointed to join the Party Committee of Lang Son province and its Standing Board, and serve as Secretary of the committee for the 2025-2030 tenure from October 15, 2025. Under a Politburo's decision on personnel assignment, Khanh replaces Hoang Van Nghiem, who has been assigned by the Politburo as Secretary of the Son La provincial Party Committee.
