Hanoi, Oct. 30 -- The National Assembly (NA)'s issuance of a resolution concluding the implementation of Resolution No. 38/2004/NQ-QH11 and Resolution No. 66/2013/QH13 serves to formally mark the completed establishment of a continuous, two-lane route along the entire Ho Chi Minh Highway, and to formally pivot to a new investment phase.
