Hanoi, March 13 -- In response to the International Day of Happiness (March 20), the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports is launching a series of community and communication activities under the theme "Happiness for every family," aiming to promote the values of Vietnamese families and raise public awareness of their role in the sustainable development of the capital.
