Hanoi, Feb. 26 -- Hanoi's tourism sector is stepping up preparations for new tourism products following strong growth in visitor arrivals and revenue in February, according to the municipal Department of Tourism. The capital welcomed an estimated 3.18 million visitors in February, up 28.5% year-on-year. Of the total, international arrivals rose 16.2% while domestic tourists increased 32.3%. Tourism revenue was estimated at 12.39 trillion VND (473.42 million USD), while the average hotel occupancy rate reached 63.6%, up 1.3 percentage points compared to the same period last year.
