Hai Phong, April 15 -- Fostering students' passion for learning and creativity through international competitions, alongside a strong focus on foreign language education, is a key foundation for the northern city of Hai Phong to implement Poliburo's Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training development.
