Ottawa, Sept. 21 -- Combining Canada's research and innovation capacity with Vietnam's dynamic market and fast commercialisation potential could open up new opportunities for cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, quantum technology and advanced manufacturing, experts have said.
