Hanoi, July 31 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son welcomed a delegation from the Japanese Communist Party (JCP) led by Tanaka Yu, Vice Chairman of the Presidium and acting head of the Secretariat of the JCP Central Committee in Hanoi on July 31.
The delegation is in Vietnam for a visit and engagement in the 11th theoretical exchange with the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) on building peace and ensuring human rights in the new world context.
