Da Nang, Oct. 22 -- Three foreign non-governmental organisations (NGOs) have pledged to provide nearly 2.5 million USD to support social and humanitarian programmes in Da Nang city from 2025 to 2030. The pledges were made at a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony held on October 22 by the Da Nang Union of Friendship Organisations (DAFO). The event was carried out under the central city's 2025 plan on people-to-people diplomacy and foreign NGO aid mobilisation. The three participating NGOs, namely Giving It Back To Kids (the US), Children of Vietnam (the US), and Lifestart Foundation (Australia), have long been active partners of Da Nang, contributing to local welfare, education, and community development.
