CPV has strategic planning capacity to prevent risks at early stage: Chinese scholar
Beijing, Aug. 3 -- Strengthening a ruling party's leadership and governance skills is a real challenge for many countries, and the fact that General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and State President To Lam has openly brought it up shows that the current leadership of the CPV has both a practical approach and vision to spot issues within the Party itself, according to a Chinese scholar.
