Hanoi, Aug. 22 -- President of the National Assembly (NA) of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire Patrick Achi arrived in Hanoi on the evening of August 22, beginning his official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of President of the Vietnamese NA Tran Thanh Man. NA President Achi and his entourage were greeted at Noi Bai International Airport by Vu Hai Ha, Standing Deputy Chairman of the NA Committee for National Defence, Security and External Relations.
