Hanoi, March 21 -- The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) has sent a message of congratulations to the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), on the occasion of the latter's 71st founding anniversary (March 22, 1955 - 2026).
